his intervention required the complete reconstruction of a small block from the ground floor to roof. The work included updating of the existing fixtures, structural intervention, the redistribution of the new spaces and new fittings. The project choices ,combined with the requirements of the client were aimed to provide a better distribution of the space, a new bathroom, the reopening of a window space and the modernization of the fixtures such as a new staircase in wood and iron, the resin in the bathroom as well as a modern Venetian flooring on the ground floor.
